RATES AND INFO

⦿ ONCE YOU COMMISSION ME, I EXPECT YOU TO HAVE ALREADY READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.PAYMENT OPTIONS:

⦿ For large scale projects, a 50% downpayment is required. the other 50% must be paid after sketch approval.
⦿ Separate payments for multiple assets/illustrations on a large-scale project is also acceptable.⦿ I'm NOT accepting any RUSH REQUESTS right now or anything with a solid deadline.⦿ Please take note that the turnaround time (TAT) varies from within a month or two months at most commission types.
⦿ Updates will be made weekly.
⦿ I don't do daily updates, but you are free to reach me out for any questions anytime and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You have fully agreed to the following terms and conditions once you commission me.GENERAL INFORMATION• The customer will ONLY receive a digital copy of the of the art commission. This does not require physical shipping of any form.
• I have the right to decline any art commissions for any personal or formal reasons.
• Final output will be sent via client’s email or through a gmail drive link.

PAYMENT DETAILS• I accept payments through PAYPAL, Vgen(Stripe) and GCash(local only).
• Please provide your paypal email address for the invoice.
• Atleast the downpayment must be made before I start your commission.
• On large scale projects, you are required to pay a MINIMUM of 50% as partial payment before I start working on your commission.
• Full payment is required AFTER sketch approval. (I've just changed this recently since I had bad experiences of clients ghosting me after I've spent an incredible amount of time on their commission.)COMMISSION PROCESS AND WORKFLOW- Once I receive the payment or partial payment, I will start working and send you a rough draft or sketch with watermark for approval.
- Major revisions such as the change of pose and composition are only allowed during the sketching phase or the first rough draft output. Two (2) revisions allowed. (Any additional revision will cost more.)
- I will update you on the progress of your commission through screenshots. It will usually take a week per progress since I can only work on weekends now. Three (3) minor revisions are allowed during this phase. (Any additional revision will cost more.)
- After final confirmation, screenshot of the final output with watermark will be sent. No more revisions allowed.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Refund price will be the same amount I have received after paying fees. If you send me 50$, and I received 48$. The refund price will be 48$.
- Down payment or the full payment is non-refundable once I have started working your request. Please only pay if you are sure to commission me.
- Completed Commissions will NOT get a refund.QUALITY CONTROL
- Please provide visual references for better results.
- For character commissions that are solely text-based or descriptive, similar image references (even your own sketches) for the character’s clothing, appearance, etc. would be really helpful. If none, we can discuss this further. Additional charges may be added since translation of descriptions to drawings may be complex and add workload.
- I expect you to tell me everything you want to happen on the commission before I start working. I won’t be entertaining any revisions other than what's stated on my workflow.ADDITIONAL NOTES
- I will not redraw the whole commission. You will need to commission me again if you would want a full redraw.
- As much as possible, please be in touch. Constant communication is needed to meet the client’s satisfaction.
- I will notify you when I can start your commission.
- I will keep you updated regarding the progress of your commission.
- I will notify you in case of problems (such as delays, schedule, etc.)
- Please be patient. Thank you!COPYRIGHT• You are NOT allowed to reproduce or reprint the commission for commercial purposes of any kind, unless discussed beforehand.
• You are NOT allowed to modify or change the commission/s in any way.
• You are NOT allowed to remove, edit or crop my signature on your commissioned piece.
• You are NOT allowed to take credit of my art.
• I have full rights over my artworks.
• I will be promoting my works using any platform or site. (Owner or buyer will be stated)
• Please ask me first if you do not want the commissioned piece to be uploaded anywhere, I have an NDA fee for this. My commissions is my only way to market my work out there so this is the reason why I charge these fees.COMMERCIAL USE
- If you are interested in a commission for commercial use (streams, t-shirt design, prints, etc.) A commercial fee will be added. Price varies depending on the type of usage (+25% to +100% usually). A contract of agreement will be made and signed if deemed as necessary.OTHERS
- Clients or anyone at all are not permitted to use the commissioned illustrations or any of my drawings posted publicly on any artificial intelligence programs, image generators, non fungible tokens, blockchain or anything related or associated with cryptocurrency.
I STRONGLY REFUSE for my work to be used on these. Thank you for respecting my decision.
